Hammermill "Ultra"

Mill ULTRA is a durable and particularly powerful hammer mill with a ventilator. This device is intended for milling various types of grain, such as, wheat, oats, barley, corn, soya, etc.

TYPE: Ultra 75 / 95 / 110 / 150 / 370 / 450 / 550

The advantage of this type of mill is the raw material suction option and air-delivering of the milled product. Thanks to the special manufacturing method of this device (bicameral system), significant ventilator power is achieved, which is particularly important for suction devices to intake product from bunkers.

The raw material suction option has considerable advantages: 

  • No additional raw material feeding equipment is necessary (savings when purchasing equipment and at power consumption);
  • Flexibility in placing bunkers, the mill, and mixer (suction distance of up to 40 m, an option to connect a large number of bunkers, adjustable feeding), therefore the production premises can be used as effectively as possible;
  • The options for transporting the milled product are just as flexible. It can be fed to a bunker or mixer in a distance of up to 50 m.
  • Mill is equipped with a stone catcher and magnet to protect the grinding chamber from foreign bodies and metal pieces.

Hammermill "Super"

SUPER is a monolithic hammer mill.
